Stupid rain making the fucking air condicioners feel colder. Not to mention there are two blasted a/c turned on at home. I'm freezing, damn it!
This all must be a ploy... A ploy from the universe to make me cold resistant. The thing is, I'm going to Sweden this summer. Sweden. My sister's there doing a sort of industrial internship, so she wants me to tour around on my own. Says it's cloudy and "fresh" (we're talking about some 6 to 14ºC "fresh"). Where I live it's 47ºC under shade right now, if we're lucky. Although yesterday at night there was this thunder storm that shook our foundations, it was like we were being bombed.
Maybe that's why it feels colder, hmm...
The good news is, I'm flying with Lufthansa, and I'm making a stop on Frankfurt. Which means... I'm touching Germany. And everybody who knows me knows how much I've always wanted to go to Deutschland. So I'm cooking up a plan for a longer stay in Alemania before I return to momma country. The bad news? Everybody my sister knows say Frankfurt is mega boring. So... -sigh- I'll try to find a more "interesting" city near Frankfurt.
How about Berlin?
Too far, damn it!
I'll be meeting sis (Kanilla) in Sweden, God willing. We're gonna hang out for a few days around Goteborg (where I'm staying at) and... fangirl about the idiot things we like in person. Would be fun. I'm looking forward to it!
I have this tradition, I buy a flag of any place I've been at. So far I've got the UK's and Valencia's (city of Spain) flag stuck on my wall, I'm looking forward to adding Sweden's and Germany's.
